Kermit is a 13-pound, 2-year-old poodle who was found in very poor shape, with dense matting and irritated skin—clear indicators of long neglect. All signs suggest he was likely used for breeding before being left behind. But from the moment he arrived, Kermit has shown nothing but sweetness and gratitude.
