Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making a profound difference in the lives of both animals and people. Founded in 2014, our permanent operations are currently being built across plentiful acres of lush farmland and forest in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Our mission is to rescue animals who have been abused, neglected or abandoned, giving them comprehensive care as we work to find them loving homes. With a focus on empathy-building and pet therapy, we connect animals in need of refuge with children living in at-risk situations or under-resourced communities.

We have many opportunities for volunteers - or people who want to foster pups and cats so they can leave overcrowded animal shelters.
We focus on creating programming at our sanctuary for youth living in underserved communities while providing in-school and international opportunities, too.
